London Orpheus Philharmonic Orchestra 
The concert was held at St Botolph's on 4 May 2006 and was a great success.
It raised funds for the Derek Bailey Foundation which supports a hospital in Nyofelleh, Gambia. The Foundation built the local school which was so successful that it now has over 400 students and has been taken over by the government.
The nearest medical facility to the village is many hours walk away along mud tracks. The hospital is already running and provides a doctor, an ambulance and a small full-time staff. There is a desperate need for a Maternity unit and funds raised at the concert will go towards building and operating it.
